there is U C there and it want me to define, I have no idea what it stands for? Do you?

To follow-up on the comment from @xmasbaby0, you need to verify these codes with your employer as they were the entity that produced your Form W-2. With regard to the Category selections in TurboTax for Box 14, there is an option for Code U, V, W, X, Y, or Z; however, even selecting this option may not be the correct response. Box 14 has many uses to give employers the option to enter amounts there that do not belong in any other box and are unique to the employer.
