I just tried filing on TurboTax free edition my federal and state return. I only have 1 W2 and the rest of the return is very basic. I'm getting the following when I go to submit return:
Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.
I've tried removing the state and resubmitting, and still get the same error. I've tried Clear and Startover and still get the same error. Why will this not submit?
