I paid federal income tax on my 401k withdrawal that reflects on my original 1099, the Form 8915F does not ask for that. Where do I enter that information? It is not showing in the current 8915F form request. Only the 1/3 of my total distribution. Shouldnt 1/3 of my federal and state paid tax from the original distribution be accounted for each year too
