@Maryann809 You have to go to the Income section for 1099-R, first indicate that you did not get a 1099-R in 2021. Then it will ask if you had a disaster disbursement in years 2018-2020, and you click “Yes”. From there it prompts you to answer several questions, these answers populate your Form 8915.
