Hi. I also have an entry in 8z. TurboTax did not leave the description blank for me, but I am still getting this error, so I suspect it is something else (you can manually add a description in the form). I have a negative number for the "Federal Amounts" entry of 8z, and I wondered if that could be the culprit.
