I'm stuck at step 3 of Checkout . I can E-sign, but my wife's email box cannot receive them to E-sign. my specialist entered the wrong name of my wife the first time.
After I found the problem, my specialist corrected it. But now my wife' email box still can't receive tax documents and E-sign them.
I contacted customer service. She told me that if my specialist entered my wife's name wrong the first time, the system couldn't verify it, so it couldn't do an electronic signature. Just print it out, sign it and upload it.
I want e-sign, how can this be done?
