I had exactly the same problem. Even deleting the Form 4972 didn't fix it. I saw the post on this topic and found the 600 of "income" from Form 4972 and deleted it, I will file for the third time and hope it fixes the problem. Turbo Tax would owe me money for this mistake as the correction reduced the balance due on the filing. Hey Turbo Tax - fix this.
