Correct.  If you read my post above @Anonymous (even though it was a few years ago), this was in relation to New Jersey asking you what additional amounts you need to add to your NJ taxable income.  The link I provide is still valid.  Since New Jersey does not allow deductions for certain items which are deductible on the federal return, the question the program is asking is for you to enter the items that need to be included in income which are not already included in New Jersey income.  On the W2, New Jersey income is reported in box 16 on the line marked "NJ" in box 15.  If other amounts reported in boxes 12 and 14 (when added to box 1) equal what is reported in box 16, then no further adjustments are needed.
