Earned Income Credit was radically enhanced for this one year to help people due to the pandemic. Solutions:
1. Since your w2 is your only income showing, you qualify for the EIC. See Who Qualifies.
2. In addition, your income is low enough that you have no taxable income so you get a refund of what you paid in. See Instructions for Form 1040 and the tax charts.
You did a great job and your return sounds correct. Of note, your fellowship was not an intent to earn money, it was a by-product of your education.
