Trying to figure out this 8915-F form. I used a space bar so I did not get an error for the FEMA number but it is making me put a date in for disaster beginning and ending and a first and last distribution date in Part 1 but instructions say nothing should be in that section for coronavirus. I elected to pay the remaining 2/3 amount to save this headache next year.
