Why would you answer “no” to the last question? The program clearly states this is for the purpose of reporting 1/3rd of the distribution.
In any case, I tried it the way you specified and it’s still wrong.
What do you show on the page between Wages & Income and Deductions & Credits for Income Summary? Is it reported correctly there under Pension - Taxable / Non taxable?
