Is there any issue with return amendment process also in turbotax cd version. I am trying to amend return and without making any change it is showing me amount due to Federal and $0 to state. I was expecting $0 for Federal and $0 for State before making any amendment from where the numbers should change.
Spent over 2 hours with turbotax over phone while they realized that it should not happen and clearely noticed an issue but they didn't get any answer from their backend support and finally disconnected call.
I need help from Turbo tax technical experts here .
