I purchased TurboTax Premier and downloaded exe and installed it on my PC. I signed in with my intuit/turbotax account via desktop premier app. I am trying to get TurboTax Online (some help with my tax filing).
- Do I have to pay again for TurboTax Online?
- Why cant I see my tax filinf file when I login to my account via a browser. I am signed in my desktop app and signed in my browser as well. Should the file not appear at both places?
- Will my TurboTax Premier cost be deducted while I try to purchase TurboTax online? Of full service?
