"can't launch turbotax" after entering activation code or license code
I get the attached message right after I put in the "Activation" or "License" code. I called tech support and they said they didn't have a solution yet for that problem and really didn't help me. I really need to get my taxes done and have paid TurboTax $$ for this work and I'm getting frustrated at how much time it's taking just to make the software work.
Is it possible that the Product License Code does not match the version that I purchased? The DVD I have says Deluxe, but, the directory where it's installed says "Individual 2021" as show on the 2nd attached pic.
