In the section where you enter 1099Rs, it will ask you if you took a disaster distribution and then if it was for covid. If you say yes it will open boxes for you to enter the amounts from 2020. After entering how much was distributed and the 1/3 that was taxed, it creates the 8915F for you with this year's taxable amount and also puts that amount on your 1040 on line 4 or 5b, depending on the type of account you took the distribution from. You can check that it was created using the forms icon in the upper right corner.
