Where in the Turbo Tax desktop software are you claiming that you found the form? Because it's not there and my software says that it's up to date. Did you use the online version?
Form 8915-F is the only correct form for this situation. I have been doing taxes for a long time and this one was complicated for the IRS to finalize and seems to be even more difficult to translate in the tax program.
