First I uninstall the Turbotax2021 program in "add or remove programs"
My AppData folder is hidden. When I change the "view" to see hidden items in File Explorer, I found the AppData files and delete the TY21 folder.
- C:/Users/[Your username/]AppData/Roaming/Intuit/TurboTax/TY21.
- I restart the computer.
- Install new Turbotax Home and Business.
It worked. Thanks.
