Get your taxes done using TurboTax

There may have been a problem with the uploading of your form from Fidelity. You could delete the form and type the information in yourself. That should help with your review error.

You will want to start with deleting the original ones.

 

While in your return, type “1099” in the Search box and then select the “Jump to” link. 

  • This will take you directly to the 1099 Summary screen. 
  • Select Edit or Delete next to the 1099 you want to change or delete.
  • If you’re deleting a 1099, answer Yes when you’re asked to confirm the deletion.

Then you can manually enter your 1099-DIV:

 

You can manually enter the 1099-DIV form since you already have a hard copy, instead of downloading the information. 

 

Here are the instructions to follow to add the 1099-DIV into TurboTax Online:

  • Open your return
  • Search for 1099-DIV in the upper right corner and select the Jump to link in the search results
  • Answer Yes on the Did you get a 1099-DIV? screen (If you land on the Review your 1099-DIV info screen instead Add Another 1099-DIV
  • Answer questions until you get to the import screen
  • Type it in yourself, select Change how I enter my form, and continue through
