Can’t e-file successfully for an entire week

Your transmission didn't go through

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
A server problem occurred while processing your e-file. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.
 
I contacted customer service and spent hours trying different computers and iPads, clearing caches and cookies, chrome and Microsoft edge and still no joy. This is costing me $1000s in downtime as I like to think successfully filing my Taxes on time  is a priority. What is Intuit doing about this grave issue? Should we all look for alternative vendor that understand this is important and deserves transparency, announcement and action plan? This is incredibly troubling. Say and do something please.
