Same with me. I’ve had pins on my kids for 7 years. Last two years I have not received them and it’s looking like I will need to paper file this year like I did last year. Very frustrating that the only way to retrieve this info is via USPS. Not sure why I haven’t been getting them either. No way around it. They say they have an opt out option in the works for this year and I will be first in line! PIA to paper file.
