Turbotax here's what's confusing people on your update and questions for 2020 Qualified Disaster Distribution. This should probably be updated and fixed.
Qualified 2020 Disaster Distributions From Traditional, SEP, SIMPLE, and ROTH IRA's
2020 Form 8915E, line 17, if you checked the box on that line, enter 0. (People are entering nothing here because the box was NOT checked, instructions should say to enter the amount from line 17 if box was not checked. It's just worded badly)
Then 2 lines later you are asking for Line 17 again ??
