The distribution was from an IRA so Part II (lines 6-11) of the 2020 8915E are empty. Part III (lines 12-19) I have values in lines 15, 16, 17, and 19. Line 17 ($2,333) is 1/3 the amount of line 16 ($7,000). I don't have, nor see where to access, 2021 Form 8915-F.
