Thanks again Tagteam for your prompt advice. I think I got it now:
- one 8824 to cover first 1031 exchange; and
- another one to cover the third 1031 exchange; and
- one SUMMARY 8824 to cover the second 1031 exchange, and three statements, each cover a pair of a relinquished property and a replacement property.
