I had that problem. Entered same AGI for both taxpayer and spouse (MFJ), and got rejected notice AGI for spouse was incorrect. I re-transmitted next morning using $0 for spouse before I read the previous "solved" answer which said not to do that. Within 10 minutes got TT email saying return was accepted. My 2020 paper return had finally been processed 11 months after being filed, and I checked the numbers on the IRS transcript.
