TurboTax only asked for one AGI, I did not see anywhere to enter separate AGIs for each of us. In any case, our 2020 return shows only one AGI, the joint AGI. I also retrieved our 2020 transcript from the IRS and verified the return was processed and the AGI shown there is the joint AGI and is correct. And I did verify both my and my spouse's info in TurboTax.
I did have to paper file for 2020 due to an issue with form 1116 (I don't recall the exact issue), but the transcript retrieved from the IRS shows the return as was submitted by paper.
