I should have clarified that the button you clicked will include the Form 7203 in the PAPER copy for mailing. I don't believe it indicates that it will be included in the e-file version. Not all IRS forms can be e-filed which is why Turbotax publishes the list of forms detailed by "available for e-filing" versus "available for paper filing". If I'm mistaken I'm sure Turbotax can correct me.
