1095A insurance premium doesnt ask if my spouse is eligible for affordable care from employer
I am a student and enrolled in a marketplace plan for part of 2021. On the marketplace, if my spouse is eligible through her job for insurance which would be "affordable" even for herself only, I could not get a premium tax credit. I got a 1095-A so I have to enter the information , showing no advance tax credit. However I do not see anywhere that Turbotax asks me about my spouse's job insurance, so it is granting me an insurance premium tax credit that I think is in error, I don't think I am eligible for the credit. I thought I could just not enter the 1095A info, but it says my return will be rejected if I do not enter it.
