it is not only the IRS but the partnership itself that must provide the k-3. some have already announced that they won't have them out until August
options wait. and then if you don't get it in time uncheck the k-3 box and file or file an extension.
this may surprise you but I'be seen partnerships with the k-3 box checked that I know from prior reporting will report nothing on the k-3.
