Click here and Log In to your Fidelity Account
Look Under Portfolio Summary Page and If you Are eligible for offer, click "Get TurboTax Online Premier free"
Members are reporting that the offer is found by scrolling down to bottom of summary page
Once on TurboTax Site, Select Online Version or Download Version by Selecting "File Your Taxes" Click on CD/Download Products then click "Compare All Products" then you should see Premiere for Free
