Final Review Prevents E-Filing

I cannot e-file because Final Review keeps popping up before e-filing showing two errors, I "correct" those errors but then it pops up again.

 

This pertains to Schedule C, self-employed healthcare, for both my wife and myself (2 schedule C's)  The program says that it cannot allocate the expense between the two Schedule Cs, so I do it myself, but it still shows up as an error.  If I remove and entry from that field on the Schedule Cs it still shows an error.

 

Override is also grayed out for the entries.  

 

At this point I'd just like to turn off final review and e-file.  Is there a way to do that?
