paulb15480, I might not have explained myself real good on how I re-installed TT 2020.
1. I deleted all of turbo tax 2020 then rebooted.
2. Instead of reusing CD from TT 2020, I downloaded TT 2020 from Turbo Tax website and then reinstalled and that worked for me. When installing from the downloaded file from turbo tax you will still need the activation code from the cd they sent you.
