I am in the same boat as everyone here. As a part of my troubleshooting I deinstalled all copies of TurboTax, deleted all directories, rebooted, made sure everything was updated, and tried to re-install TurboTax 2021 and it still doesn't work. After reinstalling TurboTax 2020, it didn't work either. This is a major problem with no apparent solution from Intuit. I keep submitting the error reports, but no progress towards any sort of a solution. When this started several weeks ago I spent several hours on the phone with Intuit including escalating to several people. They basically said they couldn't help me and that another technical level was required but it cannot be accessed via phone apparently. I was told that this team would see the errorlog files transmitted everytime the program failed, but I am not sure I believe that.
