I finally tried what macuser_22 suggested instead of trying the full uninstall, which had not worked for me. Using his solution, deleting: ~Library/Caches/KSCrash/TurboTax
- In Finder, select Go, hold down the Option key to reveal the library folder. Click on the library folder and scroll down alphabetically to Caches, then KSCrash, then TurboTax. Delete just that TT folder, empty the trash, and then I was able to load TT21.
