We are in the exact same situation with our son. I just got off the phone with the IRS after waiting for almost 2 hours on hold but thankfully received an answer.
Your daughter cannot claim the Recovery Rebate Credit if you already received the $1400 for her as part of the your 3rd Economic Impact Payment.
The problem is that TurboTax makes you answer that question and if you say "No" and $0 it will generate the Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet and enter $1400 on 1040 line 30.
I tried manually deleting those two forms but doing that triggers a "Check this number" issue during review. The solution is to enter "Yes" and $1400 which will keep it from doing either of those things.
The guy at the IRS said they are getting an unprecedented number returns delayed due to the errors caused by this behavior with TurboTax.
