I called the Healthcare.gov support line, and they said they do not offer split 1095-As and I should talk to "a tax professional." After a bit more back and forth they recommended unchecking the "covered someone not on my tax return" checkbox, which let me proceed further without an issue. (I wasn't getting a premium credit advance anyway.) My taxes are now submitted.
