You may have a situation wherein a social security number listed on your tax return is showing up on another tax return that has already been filed. This could happen if you are claiming a dependent that someone else has already claimed on their tax return, or it could be a case of identity theft where someone is using your social security number illegally to file a tax return. It could also just be an error in the IRS computers.
I suggest you use the Help option you will see when logged into TurboTax to schedule a callback from a TurboTax agent so they can look up your e-file record and see if there are any notes explaining better what the issue is.
