This DOES NOT answer the question. According to your links the forms were available 2 weeks ago. They are not. We cannot file because they have yet to be coded into the system properly. It seems NO ONE can give a straight answer with regards as to when turbo tax is at least estimating that their own programming will work. You are not waiting on the IRS.
