eFile error?

I'm using Turbotax Home and Business for the Mac - desktop edition.  I filed my Federal tax return online yesterday and received an email from Turbotax that my filing was accepted by the IRS.  However, when I go into the software and check efile status it says that no return has been efiled.  It then takes me to try the efile again and when I do that it says that I have already submitted a return.

 

So I have a conflict between the status reported within the software and the email that says that the return was accepted by the IRS.  

 

Can I rely on the email from Turbotax that my return was successfully filed?
