Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Thanks for your response. However in the page Titled "Enter Payments You Expect to Make" , it says
"Enter your estimates of the federal income taxes you'll have withheld from your paychecks in2022.
Last year $38, 482 was withheld" Well not exactly that total includes my 2021 W2 paycheck withholding and RMD withholding done my my financial institution.
Next: 'Federal income Tax you expect to Have Withheld" (in 2022) Here, if I enter the both my W2 withholding and my RMD withholding, then my Qrtly payments for 2022 make sense.
It appears to me that the RMD amounts carry through this estimator but the RMD withholding does not and must be entered here. What do you think? Am I missing something? If I am correct then a little editing on the page would could easily clear thing up. Thanks
