Hi there...since you were kind enough to respond at all, @mesquitebean , I wonder if you could tell me. Does anyone from Intuit actually check this to chime in, or is it users/clients only? I am not sure what to do to get actual support since we are overseas and they only offer a phone number. Just curious...thanks!
