My wife and I own 5 rental properties, 1 property I own with my brother.
Out of the 5 properties, 4 of them are already under a LLC.
What's the best approach? just do a schedule E or should I file as a business ? if I file as business, should I show all 6 properties even though they are not all under LLC? We are in the process of transferring the deed for last two properties.
