Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Thank you.  I only got an automatic email from intuit/turbotax that the case was filed.  Never heard from them since.  Today I went and entered my case number to see what was the status and it says it was 'closed'.  Have not received a refund.   Terrible customer service.  

 

I will try the audit defense number in my original receipt and see if they will cancel or move it to the correct account.  

 

Thank you for the tip on Audit Defense.  Considering Intuit never got back with me, I will take your advice and deal with audit defense directly in the future.
