I use Turbo Tax Desktop... follow this instruction but still not working.
I also try to delete the State Tax ... redo it again and again 3 times ... but still I could not get rid of this form 3554.
This is the bug in TT software, same question in the last couple years and still NOT fix yet.
Not sure what to do. Any advice please.
