Where to enter 1099-INT PAYER'S Federal ID from the IRS on tax return?

I received a 1099-INT from the IRS that lists the Payer's Federal Identification Number but I don't see anywhere to put that on the 1099-INT section.

Also do I put "Internal Revenue Service" or just "IRS" in the Bank or brokerage name? Seems weird since the IRS isn't a bank.
