I have completed my taxes but I am not sure the software is operating correctly. My wife died in 2021 - this is documented on page one of the 1040-SR form so I am filing as married filing jointly — when I got to the end of the Turbo Tax interview process it showed a 2021 e-filing pin for my self but not for my wife. I have told that the IRS will reject my e-file if a pin is not include for my wife. Will the IRS require a e-filing pin for my wife? If so, how do I include it?
