At the top of my 1099-DIV I see my Acct# and Document ID xxxx xx xxxx   but when I enter them in the Vanguard brokerage area I get

Response from Vanguard  - Invalid signon

I am putting in the Document ID as 11 charaters without spaces 

 

If I go to Vanguard Mutual Fund and put in my username and password I get
