This happened to my 18 yr. I did his taxes and had it sent to my bank. It was suppose to be deposited on 3/9 but never came. He got the state taxes in the mail but the federal refund did not deposit. I called the bank today and they said that they rejected it and sent it back to the irs because his name was not associated with my account. So they gave me this number to call [phone number removed] and I was told that a paper check will be mailed to the address on the return. Hope this helps
