Go to forms mode:
With regard to the 1099's that are blank. In the left pane click on the 1st one and it will appear in the right pane.
At the bottom of the screen there are 3 buttons: click on the one that says "delete form". Repeat this for the remaining 1099's that don't belong.
With regard to the SSA-1099, bring it up on the right pane. Scan thru it and look for a box that is red. If it is not clear why it is red, then on the left pane at the top click on the octagonal red button. A small box in the right pane will appear with a brief description of the discrepancy and what needs to be done. Clicking on that button again will remove the small box.
