AGI and prior year pin rejection for 2021 taxes

As several others have mentioned, I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years, always transferring the prior year return to my latest Turbo Tax software. For 2021 I did the same, transferring 2020. My wife and I have filed Married Filing Joint for all this time.  This year I sent my efile in to the IRS like usual and received the AGI and pin rejection error stating my spouse's 2020 AGI was incorrect! We file jointly so this doesn't make any sense to me.  I was instructed by Turbo Tax to find and correct the AGI. It was correct but I cleared it and re-entered it. Trying it with dot zero zero after the dollars, making it zero in total, and also tried clearing the dot after the rounded to the nearest dollar total but the field always puts the dot back in. This has to be either a Turbo Tax programming issue OR and IRS issue. Obviously.  It would really, really be nice for Turbo Tax to spend the time to find out where this error in their or the IRS system is and get it fixed. Instead, it seems, their help topics keep repeating the same thing over and over. Correct the AGI and resubmit. I don't even know where to find the prior year pin numbers on the Turbo Tax file to check those. I looked a lot and can not find them.

So, Turbo Tax, you are going to lose a lot of customers who paid for your software and now have to file hard-copy returns and wait the 6 months or more to get their refund. I for one will be looking at other providers going forward. I am considering bagging Turbo Tax this year and buying another software instead.
