you may have changed your name in the court records but what is crucial is that you change it with the Social Security ADM contact them. you'll probably have to make an office visit and provide documentation. until then use what's on your Social Security card. otherwise, there will be a substantial delay if you are due a refund.
also, any bank a/c you use will probably require the same name that's on the refund.
